What first?
Determine what sections of you audio or video you want to turn into podcasts or videocasts... Then using the PDF and the example on it (or using the online form) fill out the required fields to specify those sections.

Our Tips:
- They are best kept to bite sizes between 30 seconds and 5 minutes
- When selecting a segment from your recording, listen / look for obvious start and end points
- Don’t try to finish a segment half way through a sentence.
- Try to keep 1 subject per podcast / videocast
- void waffle - use only the interesting bits to keep the listener / viewer engaged.
- Don’t give all your nuggets away - leave the listener / viewer wanting more
